The 2021 eNASCAR Contender iRacing Series was the middle rung of the year's newly rebranded eNASCAR Road to Pro Ladder. The top 23 drivers from the 2021 eNASCAR Qualifying iRacing Series competed against 17 of the bottom 21 drivers from the 2021 eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series. At the conclusion of the series, the top 20 drivers in points were promoted to the 2022 eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series.

Schedule
The series schedule was expanded from 6 races in 2020 to 7 races in 2021. Daytona International Speedway was removed from the schedule entirely in favor of Phoenix Raceway becoming the first race of the season. Homestead Miami Speedway was moved from its traditional spot as the season finale to Round 2 and Texas Motor Speedway became the final race.

Podium eSports was the exclusive broadcast home of the series and all races were broadcast across the iRacing and NASCAR channels on YouTube and Twitch using iRacing eSports Network branding. Rounds 5 and 7 featured a special guest driver analyst in the booth.
