History
Kanaan eSports was founded in January 2023 by longtime iRacing member Tony Kanaan, a Brazilian racing driver known for his participation in American open-wheel car racing. Over his 20-year-long IndyCar career, Kanaan won 17 races, including the 2013 Indianapolis 500. They have been competing in the eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series since 2023. Kanaan also co-founded the esports team Texaco Racing by Tony Kanaan with retired martial arts fighter Carlos Barreto.
