History
WHO ARE WE?
WHERE DO WE COME FROM?
It all started in 2016 when a small group of 7 people met at the Abgefahren Community and at that time we drove in the RaceRoom Simulation. We had participated in community races and leagues together. The world of iRacing was entered in September 2017 after the SimRacing Expo at the Nürburgring. Together we founded the amateur team VSR Omega SimSport to participate in the first endurance and official races of the iRacing.com Service. Therefore we realized quickly that this was the right way to go, so in July 2018 we decided to establish a professional SimRacing team – Impulse Racing! After that we had many ups and downs and a few challenges, we can be proud of where we stand today, where we have achieved so far and where we still want to go.
WHAT DO WE STAND FOR?
Anyone who knows Impulse Racing knows that we as a team like challenges. We have been growing together for almost 2 years now and want to bring the “niche” SimRacing further forward. By participating in national and international competitions we stand for teamwork and friendship.
WHAT IS OUR MISSION?
Discover the world of motorsport and SimRacing together with Impulse Racing. Together we support new talents in motorsport. With the increased interest of SimRacing due to the recognition as a motorsport discipline by the DMSB, a lot has happened. More and more real drivers and racing teams use the opportunity to establish themselves in motorsport on a digital level and compete against SimRacers from all around the world. Join us on this journey and further promote Impulse Racing in the SimRacing scene as a successful team!
