History
Zero7 Racing was established in June 2023 by Fabio Ponta, Jermain Palladino and Luigi Nespolino with the mission of bringing Italian excellence to top-tier sim‑racing championships worldwide.
During the combined 2023-2024 period, the team achieved rapid success across multiple series:
- ACI eSports GT4 - Italian Championship - Alessandro Quintaiè clinched the overall GT4 title in the debut season.
- 24H Series Esports (GT4) - secured a victory at Silverstone, a 3rd-place finish in the Germany round, a 2nd-place finish in the USA round, and concluded the season 6th in the overall standings with Alessio Bernardini and Alessandro Quintaiè.
- Platinum Endurance Championship (Seasons 4 & 5) - Dominated both editions, winning the overall team classification with seven victories, plus an additional 2nd and 3rd place on the podium, alongside Alessandro Bernardini, Alex Caon, Lorenzo Castellani, Luigi Nespolino and Fabio Ponta.
- Anti Stall Racing IMSA Series (Season 6) - Fabio Ponta achieved six GT3 Pro wins (Rounds 1, 2, 4, 7, 8), and Davide Favaro took a GTP class victory at Portimão.
- IMSA Esports Global Championship - Qualified through the official qualifiers and completed the full championship campaign in the McLaren 720S GT3 Evo.
- Special Events (2024) - Victory at the Daytona 24: 3rd split, 4th overall with the Ferrari 296 GT3 lineup.
In 2025, Zero7 Racing continued to shine on the endurance stage:
- 24h Series Esports (2025) - Qualified with two GT3 teams.
- Majors24 (2025) - Top Split, 3rd position in GTP class with the Acura ARX-06 GTP.
- Special Events (2025) - Victory at Bathurst 12: 2nd split, 11th overall; podium at Sebring 12: 3rd split, 9th overall in the Acura NSX GT3.
- Creventic Endurance Series - Championship still in progress; leading the GT3 standings with a win at Mugello 12h, a podium at Spa 12h and a 2nd place at Misano 12h.
- World GT Championship (GT3 Pro Team) - Secured the Teams’ title with consistent podiums from Alessio Bonino, Lorenzo Castellani and Alex Caon across the full 22-round season.
