The 2025 eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series was the 16th season of the eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series. The season started with an exhibition race at Daytona International Speedway on January 28 (the only exhibition race of the year) and concluded at the Homestead Miami Speedway on October 7. Zack Novak won Segment 1 and Steven Wilson won Segments 2 and 3 of the Regular Season. Drivers competed for a prize package of $511,000 (USD), with $100,000 going to the series champion.
Teams and Drivers
The 2025 free agency period opened on January 8, 2025. Unlike in years prior where the field of 40 was set before the free agency period, there were 50 drivers eligible to be signed by the official teams (top 20 from the 2024 eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series and the top 30 from the 2024 eNASCAR Contender iRacing Series). This marked a dramatic and controversial change in how the field of drivers was finalized. The 10 drivers who could not come to a contract agreement with any of the 20 teams did not participate in the series. Of the 20 teams in the series, 14 teams from last year returned to the fold. Four brand-new teams Apex Racing Team, ERA eSports Team, Six Karma, and Vegas Inferno replaced the outgoing team of 23XI Racing, Front Row Motorsports, M80, and Oxygen Esports. Two teams from previous seasons also returned in 2025, with Hyak Motorsports and Jim Beaver eSports returning to the grid. The 2024 eNASCAR Team Champions at Atlassian Williams Sim Racing retained both Donovan Strauss in the #51 and the defending series champion, Parker White, who changed from the #53 to the #95 this season. The 2024 eNASCAR Contender iRacing Series champion Eddie Kerner competed with Six Karma.
* – Donovan Strauss drove the #51 for the opening 3 races of the season
R – First time participating in the eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series
B – Backup driver that did not compete full time
Schedule
The 2025 schedule was released on January 6, 2025. As is customary over the last few seasons, 2025’s schedule was broken down into 14 regular season races to qualify for the eNASCAR Playoffs, followed by a three-race round of playoff races, all of which concluded with a Championship 4 finale. The 14-race regular season was once again be broken up into three segments of five, four, and five races respectively. Every race win was worth five playoff points, which put 85 possible playoff bonus points on the table for the competitors to earn towards making the Championship 4. Daytona International Speedway continued to serve as the annual season opener, while the 4 race playoff of Michigan International Speedway, Texas Motor Speedway, Phoenix Raceway, and Homestead Miami Speedway remained untouched from 2024. Fixed setup races, heat races, and sprint races all made a return for a second straight season. These included a pair of fixed-setup races at Talladega Superspeedway and the Chicago Street Course, heat racing at Richmond Raceway and Iowa Speedway, and sprint and feature road races at Chicago and Autódromo José Carlos Pace, this year’s international venue. EchoPark Speedway was removed from the schedule 3 weeks before its date as the site of Round 14 and replaced by Pocono Raceway.
